Two Mars missions are set to launch in 2016, and the UK Space Agency wants to make sure that scientists benefit from the data that are sent back. Cristina Gallardo speaks to two managers at the agency to find out about the £1.3-million Aurora programme.

Aurora is open to academics who want to work with data from the two Mars missions scheduled to launch in 2016: the European Space Agency’s ExoMars mission and NASA’s Insight mission.
