The British Skin Foundation’s Small Grants are perfect for an early career researcher’s pilot project

This week, the British Skin Foundation opened its Small Grants, with a deadline for applications of 25 April. This BSF scheme has provided seed funding for many research projects in dermatology over the years, and as Emma Daniel, fundraising officer at the British Skin Foundation, explained when we profiled the scheme last year, it is particularly well-suited to early career researchers looking to get a project off the ground.

Please note that while the basic parameters of the Small Grants will apply this year, some of the details may have changed, particularly the number of grants being offered in partnership with the British Association of Dermatology and the British Photodermatology Group. Potential applicants should contact the British Skin Foundation for further details.
