- Suggest and justify which institutions you want to go to for the mobility part of the fellowship.
The Re:constitution programme is funded by the MacArthur Foundation with the goal of bringing multiple actors in civil society—including academics—together to explore the political shifts that have occurred in Europe over the last few years. In particular the programme examines a shift in the consensus around the role of the rule of law in protecting democracy and citizens’ rights.
