Council’s first commercialisation-specific follow-on funding scheme gets underway
Top tips
- The scheme is open to researchers in any discipline but activities must be mostly relevant to arts and humanities
- Be honest about where you are in the commercialisation process in the application
- The panel will include business representatives so be sure to sell your idea
- Don’t assume reviewers will be familiar with the research your application follows on from
The Arts and Humanities Research Council has expanded its offering with a scheme to build on the potential commercial impact of research funded by UK Research and Innovation in the previous two years. The Arts and Humanities-led Research Commercialisation scheme accepts bids from scientists in any discipline who aim to develop the commercial potential of their work mostly within or via the arts and humanities.
