Regulator releases guidance on registration breaches and opens four consultations on its future work
The Office for Students has set out how it intends to deal with complaints related to universities breaching their conditions of registration and has launched four consultations on its future work.
In guidance released on 15 December, England’s higher education regulator said it frequently heard “concerns about higher education providers from students, their parents, staff and others” despite the fact that the organisation was “not a complaints-handling body”.
