Director of external relations at OfS will chair regulator’s internal review

A former adviser to Labour prime minister Tony Blair is set to lead the Office for Students’ review of the National Student Survey.

Conor Ryan, director of external relations at the OfS, will chair the regulator’s internal review of the NSS. Ryan worked as a senior education adviser to former Labour prime minister Tony Blair between 2005 and 2007. He later worked for the Sutton Trust social mobility charity before becoming director of external relations at the OfS in May 2018.
