Nicola Dandridge says some institutions failed students during pandemic and did not deliver high-quality learning
Nicola Dandridge, the head of England’s university regulator, has said some students clearly did not get what they were promised by universities during the pandemic.
Speaking at the Higher Education Policy Institute (Hepi) annual conference on 24 June, Dandridge (pictured) revealed the OfS has received around 400 notifications of issues related to students’ experiences since March 2020.
