The University of Central Lancashire’s former deputy vice-chancellor Graham Baldwin will return to the university as its next leader.

Baldwin, who is currently vice-chancellor of Solent University in Southampton, will start his new position at UCLan in the next academic year, although an official date has not yet been set.

Acting vice-chancellors Lynne Livesey and Liz Bromley—who took over from ex-submariner Mike Thomas in December 2018, after he resigned—will continue as deputy vice-chancellors.
