Union members at Coventry University have voted to take strike action over an appraisals system.
Staff at Coventry University have voted for strike action in a row over the university’s appraisal and pay rise process.
A total of 75 per cent of University and College Union members at Coventry University backed strike action in the ballot, which also saw 88 per cent of members vote for action short of a strike and could see staff boycotting the appraisal system.
