Workplace issues on the agenda for meeting with employers, but pay will not be discussed
Talks between the University and College Union and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association have been set for 17 December, but UCU says it is “disappointed” that pay will not be on the table.
UCU vice-president for higher education Vicky Blake accepted an offer for pre-Christmas talks from Ucea on 11 December, but warned that employers “need to meaningfully address all four grounds of [the] dispute” including pay.
