Analysis reveals gender and race disparities among UK higher education staff

Salaries for female academics still trail behind their male peers’ earnings, reveal findings from Advance HE.

This is especially pronounced at the higher end of the pay scale, according to the organisation’s annual staff statistical report, which is based on data published by the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
