Law firm hints at action over data breach

Claim of potential legal cases following Blackbaud hack earlier this year

A law firm has said a number of people affected by the Blackbaud data breach are considering legal action against UK universities over the theft of their data.

On 24 September law firm Simpson Millar said “dozens of individuals” had come forward to explore claims after their personal data was stolen by hackers earlier this year.
