
The National Centre for Universities and Business publishes its annual State of the Relationship report
You don’t get far in business without positivity, and the latest State of the Relationship report from the National Centre for Universities and Business offers plenty to be positive about.
This year’s report covers the period from August 2020 to July 2021, so reflects significant impacts from the pandemic. But it shows that while the number of interactions between universities and businesses fell—by 2 per cent to 76,952—this was less than expected, put down to universities making an effort during Covid to support existing business collaborations, as well as pivoting to respond quickly to the demands that Covid created.
