University courses came under scrutiny in a trio of attacks over the weekend

One of the problems with judging the quality of a course based on the professions into which graduates go is that nobody has ever produced a definitive list of what should constitute a ‘graduate job’.

That grey area came to the fore again over the weekend with the news that the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has launched a non-degree policing entry route, which it says will free “up to 100,000 hours of police officer time”.
