Scottish leaders release guidance weeks after restrictions began
The Scottish government has finally published details of what universities are expected to deliver under the terms “blended” and “restricted blended” learning, more than two weeks after its latest Covid-19 restrictions came into force.
Guidance for universities was updated by the Scottish government on 17 November to explain what universities should deliver under its five-tier system of restrictions. However, universities have been working under the tiered restrictions system since it came into force on 2 November.
