‘Disaster waiting to happen’: university Covid worries revealed

Minutes reveal universities’ strong fears over exam results, retention and Covid-19 spread

The Scottish government has revealed concerns raised by universities during the exams fiasco last summer and before students returned for the autumn term.

On 11 February Scotland’s ministers published details of calls between the government and universities in August last year, in response to a Freedom of Information request.
