Online modules and audio meditation part of plans to help students cope with stress
Law students at BPP University in London are to be taught meditation, mindfulness and relaxation to help them cope with studying, and prepare for a stressful career.
Starting this month, the institution’s law school will provide students with access to audio meditations via their phones. They will address topics such as “balancing work and life”, “self-care” and “getting a good night’s sleep”.
