Independent adjudicator publishes case summaries detailing procedural failings

The Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education has published guidance on how institutions should respond when concerns are raised about students’ fitness to practise.

The document, part of the OIA’s Good Practice Framework, contains advice on implementing effective fitness to practise procedures alongside 10 case studies that demonstrate effective practice.
