Thousands of students receive their AS and A-level results
More than 10,000 students who sat exams in the autumn, after the coronavirus pandemic led to the cancelation of tests in the summer, have received their AS and A-level results.
Statistics published on 17 December show that, of the students that also have a grade from the summer, almost half improved their A-level grade while just under 40 per cent improved their AS grade.
