Ashraph Sulaiman, the vice-dean in charge of applied science undergraduates at the National University of Rwanda (NUR), only submitted his first two conference papers at the university’s annual conference in 2008.
“My papers were peer-reviewed and received a few suggestions to improve some of the areas of presentation,” said Sulaiman, who heads the computer science department.
