Research policies ‘improve access to grants’

Researchers working in institutions with research policies are more likely to succeed in accessing international grants, South African researchers have said.

Johann Groenewald from the Southern African Research and Innovation Management Association (SARIMA) said funders preferred to invest in institutions that have research policies.
