An Arab revolution in knowledge transfer?

The regime changes in North African countries may help increase the speed of knowledge creation and transfer, according to Sudanese economist Samia Satti Osman Mohamed Nour.

The pro-democracy Jasmine revolution which swept Tunisia, Libya and Egypt this year has created new space for knowledge building, according to Nour, an assistant professor at the University of Khartoum.
