The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR) Rwanda is organising its first research conference, which it intends to make an annual event.
The conference takes place from 5 to 7 December this year in Kigali under the theme Improving the Lives of Ordinary Rwandans: Evidence for Policy.
