The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research in Rwanda will hold its second annual research conference in Kigali on 11 to 12 December.
The theme will be ‘Impacting on Policy and Improving the Lives of Ordinary Rwandans’. The organisers invite research papers on issues including agriculture, rural development and settlement, social welfare, socio-economic development and transformation.
