The African Development Bank will increase its support for science, technology and higher education over the next two years.
The AFDB’s 2012-2014 budget proposal, published on 15 February, says the bank will scale up its support for these sectors, giving special attention to infrastructure, national and regional centres of excellence, and linkages between human development and production.
