A consortium of Australian universities that aims to strengthen relations with African partners and address challenges faced by people living in sub-Saharan Africa was launched in Canberra on 17 July.
The Australia-Africa Universities Network seeks to build research and teaching collaborations with African universities in areas such as health, food security, governance and mining.
