Cambridge offers anti-brain drain training

The University of Cambridge in the UK has received US$2.2 million from two international donors to fund a fellowship programme for African postdoctoral and early mid-career researchers.

The Carnegie Corporation of New York, a US foundation, provided US$1.2m while the Alborada Trust, a UK charity, offered the rest.
