Stellenbosch gives research uptake training

Stellenbosch University in South Africa is gearing up to hold the first in a series of short courses over the next five years on the use of evidence-based research in policymaking.

The first course will run from 25 to 28 September. “The whole idea is to impart knowledge on how to successfully plan for and facilitate knowledge utilisation of research findings,” says Sara Grobbelaar, the coordinator for research uptake and utilisation courses.
