Finland’s government is offering travel bursaries for applicants from Africa, Latin America and Asia to attend a course on economic, social and cultural rights in Finland on 12-16 November.
Stellenbosch University’s law faculty and the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights at the University of Oslo are organising the course, which will be held at the Institute for Human Rights at Abo Akademi University.
