The recent report “Use of Scientific and Technological Evidence in the Parliament of Uganda” sheds new light on the challenges often faced by parliamentarians in developing countries.
A team of researchers from the United Kingdom and Uganda conducted the study in Uganda between 2008 and 2010 to understand some of the problems Ugandan MPs face when handling scientific issues.
