Researchers at the 23-country African Technology Policy Studies Network (ATPS) will participate in the international climate change negotiations in South Africa at the end of the year.
The ATPS is now advising the Africa Climate Policy Centre (ACPC), begun last year and located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The ACPC is coordinated by Youba Sokona, originally from Mali and the former executive secretary of the Sahara and Sahel Observatory in Tunisia.
