University of Ibadan vice-chancellor on losses to floods

It appears all is well with the University of Ibadan (UI). Students, lecturers and others who have one business or the other to do on the expansive campus go about their normal duties.

The calm mien of the institution’s vice-chancellor, Isaac Adewole, also gives the impression that “nothing dey happen.”
