The Algerian higher education system needs to be reformed if research is to improve, according to researchers attending a pan-Arab forum in the country.
The International Forum for the Evaluation of Scientific Programmes for Academic Institutions and their Adaptation to National Priorities was held in Abu Bakr Belkaid Tlemcen University in September.
