An agreement between Algeria and Elsevier, the leading provider of scientific and health information, will provide Algerian researchers with full text access to several citation databases this month.
Hafid Aourag, director general of scientific research of the ministry of higher education in Algeria, said his government valued the service offered by Elsevier.
