African fellowships in food security

An African bioscience and agriculture initiative is looking for candidates for its 2014 research fellowships in food security.

The Biosciences eastern and central Africa – International Livestock Research Institute (BecA-ILRI) hub will support short to medium term projects to be based at its Nairobi headquarters in Kenya.

The hub’s Africa Biosciences Challenge Fund will finance projects of up to 12 months duration, spread across 17 target areas relating to food and nutritional security and food safety in Africa.
