Nominations open for 2016 Royal Society Pfizer award

Britain’s Royal Society is welcoming nominations for its 2016 Pfizer Award, which recognises life scientists in Africa.

The winner is chosen by the Council of the Royal Society on the recommendation of the Biological Sciences Awards Committees. Nominations are valid for one year only.

Winners receive a research grant of £11,000 (US$16,100) and a personal prize of £1,000.
