East African science journal finally launched

Journal will showcase East African research

The journal was launched during the inaugural East African Science, Technology and Innovation conference which took place in Kampala, Uganda, from 23-25 October. It was first announced in May 2018. 

The journal is multidisciplinary and open access for “research of relevance” to the East African region. It’s thematic focus areas are agriculture, food security, rural development, natural resources and the environment, health, infrastructure, energy and industrial development, and information and communication technology.
