Government support helped publications rise by a third, says vice-chancellor

Researchers at Makerere University in Uganda improved their productivity in 2020 despite the effects of the global pandemic.

This is according to the annual self-assessment conducted by Makerere’s Quality Assurance Directorate, the university announced on 13 March.
