Bullying emerges as ‘sizeable’ problem in African research

Survey finds 43 per cent of African researchers have experienced or witnessed bullying or harassment

Nearly half of African researchers have experienced of witnessed harassment or bullying at work, a survey has found.

The findings are part of an analysis of African research cultures carried out by the African Population and Health Research Center in Kenya from August this year.
