SA-Sweden health systems call released

The South African Medical Research Council and the Swedish Research Council for Health, Working life and Welfare (Forte) have issued a call for proposals for health systems research projects.

The 15 January announcement follows a pre-call announcement earlier this month by the SAMRC to alert researchers to the opportunity.

Three levels of funding are available for the three-year duration of the projects: The SAMRC will award either R1 million (US$60,000) or R500,000 per year for collaborative projects with Swedish partners.
