World Bank backs partnership to fuel research collaboration between Africa and Japan.
An initiative to increase research collaboration between Africa and Japan with the support of the World Bank was announced last week.
The partnership is part of a multi-year deal agreed by the Japanese government and the World Bank on 29 August at an African development conference in Yokohama.
