Bilateral meeting agreed way forward for 2015 collaboration agreement
South Africa and Portugal plan to issue joint calls for research proposals, after their science ministers met last month to discuss cooperation in science and innovation.
The joint calls will give shape to a bilateral collaboration agreement signed between the two countries in 2015.
