Imperial College London to fund engineering PhDs from Africa

Scholarship will fully support four sub-Saharan students to study in the UK

Imperial College in the UK has launched a programme to support PhD students from sub-Saharan Africa in civil and environmental engineering.

The scheme, announced on 20 March, will see four students fully funded to study at the university’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Grants will cover all tuition, as well as living and travel costs.
