The Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology at Stellenbosch University in South Africa is offering a postdoctoral fellowship in science communication.
The fellowship, which is a first for Africa, will cover research into ethics, the interplay between science and the media, Africa’s science communication landscape and science and art. The fellow will also supervise postgraduate students.
A PhD in sociology or media studies is required to apply. Applicants can request an application form from mvn3@sun.ac.za. The deadline for applications is 9 March.
