Cape Town HIV prevention conference postponed until January

Conference was scheduled to take place in October in South Africa

The biennial HIV Research for Prevention (HIVR4P) conference, which kicked off in 2014 in Cape Town, South Africa, will not be returning to its birthplace in October for its fourth instalment as planned.

Its organisers have decided to postpone the meeting until 17-21 January next year as a result of health concerns and travel restrictions caused by the global Covid-19 pandemic.
