Cape Town and Wits both fall in dismal showing for continent
The University of Johannesburg in South Africa is the only African university to improve its position in the latest QS university rankings.
The QS system ranks universities according to its often-criticised academic reputation survey, as well as by universities’ citations and student to staff ratio.
