‘Science sceptics threaten to disillusion researchers’

If morale falls so will science quality, warns top South African journal editor

It is a difficult time to be a scientist because the profession’s credibility is continually being attacked by sceptics, the editor of the South African Journal of Science, Leslie Swartz, has warned.

He was speaking during a National Science Week webinar on 4 August on how science can make a difference in society.
