Funders hope to increase number of students supported by optimising resources
Three South African research-supporting agencies have agreed to coordinate the international scholarships they offer in a bid to save money and fund more students.
The Department of Science and Innovation, the Department of Higher Education and Training, and the National Research Foundation announced the agreement earlier this month.
