Africa’s second largest university undergoes self-assessment

Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria has already evaluated itself, in preparation for an external assessment designed to improve research and teaching on the continent.

Two other west African institutions participating in the evaluation are Gabon’s University of Omar Bongo, led by Pierre Nzizi, and Ghana’s Institute of Professional Studies in Ghana (IPS), led by Joshua Alabi.
