Researchers face three funding challenges in West Africa, according to engineer Lucky Nwosa from Nigeria’s Abuja-based National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP).
He was speaking to Research Africa ahead of a two-day national workshop on software licensing and development in Nigeria hosted by NOTAP, a government agency that focuses on commercialising research as well as strengthening links between academics and industries.
